Right-Sized Work LLC runs this site. This page says what the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: the free tools don't need your name or email, and nothing you enter here is sold or rented to anyone.

Check Your Math

Your answers are scored in your browser. When you finish, your answers and your reading may be saved without your name, under a random ID, so I can see how the tool is used and make it better. The questions at the end (what kind of work you do, an age range, how you found the site) are optional. If you choose to leave your email on the results page, it is saved with that same ID and used only to send you new tools.

Worksheets and tools

The worksheets from Burnout Broke My Body are free and download without an email address. Anything that costs money is labeled with its price, so you know which is which before you click. If you buy something, checkout collects only what's needed to complete the purchase and get it to you.

Email sign-up

If you leave your email on the Tools page or at the end of Check Your Math, you'll get new tools and an occasional note, and nothing else. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to me and I'll take you off.

When you write to me

If you email info@rightsizedwork.com, I use what you send to reply to you. That's all.

Cookies and site statistics

This site is built on Wix. Wix sets the cookies the site needs to work and keeps basic visit statistics, such as pages viewed, device type, and rough location. Wix's privacy policy covers that part: wix.com/about/privacy. There are no advertising trackers on this site.

This is not medical care

The tools are for reading your own situation, not for diagnosis or treatment, and using them doesn't make me your nurse. Please don't put anything in a tool that you wouldn't want stored, even without your name.

Your choices

To see, correct, or delete anything tied to your email, or to stop hearing from me, write to info@rightsizedwork.com. Answers saved without an email can't be traced back to you, so there is nothing for me to look up.
